Do you have a pre-built system from Wal-Mart, Best Buy, some vendor like that? What is the exact R7 200 model that you have? There are several.

Most likely you'd want to get a new power supply, sounds like you have a more or less generic low quality unit that would scare most system builders, but are used anyway by many vendors to save on costs and to produce large, but false, wattage numbers.

For gaming at high settings, you wold want at least a GTX 950, RX 470 card, for 720. For 1080 on high, I'd say the 470 should get you there for almost every game, or at least at medium settings.

Your CPU will be an issue in quite a few games on high settings in modern games. Unless you want to sell your system, you should be happy at medium settings in newer games.
