My new pc build will have a:

Ryzen 3 1300X CPU,
MSI - B350M GAMING PRO Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard,
G.Skill - Ripjaws 4 Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2800 Memory,
465GB Western Digital WDC WD5000AAKX-60U6AA0 ATA Device (SATA),
hp DVD-RAM GH80N ATA Device,
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 710,
and a "High Definition Audio Device".

I would also like to know if these parts are compatible, I have done some searching and checking but I want to be sure. I opened up my current pc and on the psu sticker it says "maximum combined power for the +12V outputs should be 288W, (+3.3V & +5V = 105W Max), Total output continuos shall not exceed 300watts." The sticker also says model number: FSP300-60GHN, I checked this and its a 300W psu. thank you!

You should be OK. The GT 710 is a non-gaming GPU, so it uses very little juice, and as low-end OEM PSUs go, getting an FSP (or a Delta) is a significant step up from some of the literal garbage you see in OEM PSUs. But if you do decide to upgrade to a gaming GPU at some point, then it'll be time to replace the PSU to something with more robust power delivery (quantity *and* quality).
