New laptop freezing. Dell inspiron i7 15 7559
Owned for 2 days and issue still occurs in safe mode.
Essentially my whole screen stops and I can't use any keyboard shortcuts, my fans go silent as if my laptop is turned off... I am forced to manually restart my laptop with the power button. Really frustrated and need a solution, I'm not a techy guy.

Take it to dell, its so new they should not even argue. Its still under warranty
