It’s one stick of ram and I’ve already tried that methods of going on msconfig and using max memory but still same thing but it says 0 atmUSW WIN+R KEY, TYPE IN MSCONFIG, GO TO BOOT TAB, advanced options, go to maximum memory tab and click on box. Tell me what it shows in there. Do not save anything just yet.
