[SOLVED] Hi i was wondering if i can overcklock my pc or somthing to improve the preformance

No. You cannot overclock.

All you can do is streamline windows by disabling things like Xbox DVR, game helper, turning off Cortana and Windows Store, regular clean outs of cache, temp files, junk files, etc. Minimizing running services like steam, origin, oracle, etc when not actually in use....
