hiii IAM useing Dell XPS m 1330 laptop but IAM using hp charger whan IAM putting charging it working fine but battery charger is not charger what is problem

probably not enough output for the hp charger, what's the output of your hp charger?

i did a quick look up, m1330 charger outputs 3.34A/4.62A@19.5V, if you are only using a 45w charger, you can only supply 2.3 A @19.5V.
