I would not even look at that PSU, it does not look trustworthy. What is your budget? Are you capable of ordering from Amazon or Newegg?

If I were to give a build, it would be like this:
PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HYDhP3
Price breakdown by merchant: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HYDhP3/by_merchant/

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($104.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI - A320M PRO-VD PLUS Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($35.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($93.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($46.49 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI - GeForce GTX 1050 2GB Video Card ($134.88 @ OutletPC)
Case: Corsair - 100R ATX Mid Tower Case ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair - CSM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($83.77 @ OutletPC)
Total: $525.09
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The GPU prices right now are stupid due to shortages, so that was the cheapest GPU I could find. The GTX 1050 - 1050Ti is roughly equivalent to the 760 AFAIK, so if you already have the 760, you can use that and wait till prices stabilise to upgrade.

too expensive bro. my budget is 250$
and im about to build a pc. the specs
cpu: i5 760 overclock to 3.80ghz
mainboard: ASUS P7P55 LX P55chipset 1156socket ATXmainboard
gpu: gtx 660 gygabite 2gb or gtx 760
ram: samsung ddr3 8gb
hdd: seagate 1tb
psu: a random 500w psu in my house

CPU is too weak.

GPU will hit minimum requirements.

DO NOT TAKE A RANDOM 500W PSU. Unless you like your PC catching fire.

NEVER Skimp on the PSU. It is literally the heart of the system. Buy a proper one, well rated.

Sorry to say, but that budget is way too tight to play. Maybe buying a PC for daily tasks, but to play it will be unplayable and not a good experience.

You can try with that part list, but everything on it is REALLY outdated.
