It may need to be adjusted depending on what your monitor resolution/refresh rate is. This also may change the CPU selection as higher resolutions have less impact on the CPU. Also decided not to go with the 2080 ti even though the budget can afford it as I really don't think it's worth the massive price increase over the 2080S.
