Use those then. Thats great, cause you don't need to buy storage.

I wouldn't suggest going with that dual core setup. Dual core, especially in CPU intensive games will severely limit your FPS.

If you own RAM already, that is good too, because you can spend more money on the other parts

What you say is true but what alternative is there with a 250 Euro budget? The only other thing I can think of is buying a used system from ebay or similar.
