hi im mclean im using an Acer aspire V3-731,i just can't use my bluetooth anymore what can i do please?

It may appear in the control panel/device manager, but it could also be disabled. Try right clicking on it in device manage and looking for an "enable/disable" drop down menu. It could also be something as simple as this...
Have you checked if it is enabled or not or even being detected in the control panel? I assume you are using Windows 7 which comes with these based on the specs. If it isn't being detected, you might want to try re-installing the drivers. It could also be a problem with the device you are trying to connect. Do you have multiple BT devices and do they all not work?
 


 
Thanks for hitting back.Well im using Windows 8 .The fact is it appears in the panel and the device that i want to hook it up with is my cell phone which is a Nokia 303.matter of fact that's not the first time im connecting the two devices,but this time the computer's Bluetooth would not even turn on in order for me to start proceeding...all it says is" turn adapter on" im trynna click on it, nothing is happening.I even tried to restart the system,but it still not working.
