Hi im using USB 2.0 External VGA Video Card

I got a black screen on my third monitor and i see the green light on my USB 2.0 External VGA Video Card flashing which is good but the monitor has a black screen and im using windows 8.1
any idea please?

AMD Radeon HD6530D is my main video card and i use IOGEAR USB 2.0 External VGA Video Card to make my third monitor on.

I fortunately have no experience with external cards, but I'd say just buy a semi cheap dedicated gpu

a normal graphics card, go to your local computer store and see what they have in stock they should be able to assist you with one that can run 3 monitors by its self
