Hi, i'm wondering if this temperatures are ok?

Hi, i'm wondering if this temperatures are ok or if I should be upgrading the fans or getting a newer case.
When I'm playing games, the i5 4570 cpu is around 70 degrees celius and Nvidia GTX770 gpu is around 72 degrees.
The case itself kind of feels warm. I'm not sure if these are ok.
When not playing games, they temps are around 34 - 38 degrees for both.
Case itself has 2 front fans and 1 rear. there are no other places to place a fan.

Well, AMD can reach up to 85 - 90 celcius.
I think those are not "fine" but its use - able.
