Is everything in polish or just the time? If you can understand everything else, have a look in settings/time & language, and see if they all match where you are.

If its all in Polish, might be easier to take to store you bought it off and ask them to fix it

Keyboard and language are the first things you set up when installing win 10 so curious why its in polish.
