Question Hi! my cpu and gpu are working below 60 percent, but my game is not at 60fps

I paly wow max setings at 720p
cpu: i3 9100f
gpu: msi 1650 super gaming x
ram: 8gb 2x4 2400mhz
they both dont go over 50 degrees and usage
idk why but the game on a raidboss is like 40fps and both components dot go even at 70 or 80 percent

Apparently it had something to do with today´s driver update, now its working properly
