oh wow I will look into this !! Thanks so much !The RTX 2060 KO ultra uses a cut down 2080 die, that still retains very good workstation performance, which is why I chose it. Price/performance, for such tasks, it cannot really be beat.

Also now with the new Premiere latest version the GPU does both encoding and decoding so your export will be 400 percent faster as it will use the GPU 100 percent and CPU maybe 20 percent. That video card will render just fine and fast great card for Premiere and Photoshop and such. Also the fact that now the GPU does rendering instead of CPU means you don't need a whole lot of cores like getting the 3950x. That would be a waiste of money for you in my eyes. Some people that do hardcore stuff that can only render with CPU the more cores the faster which is where the TR will shine, but they are not CPU's for everyone and perform poorly in games comppared to some other offerings now a days on both AMD and Intel side of things. Also I would consider a wireless mouse so you can be free when you do your editing and what not. That is totally up to you and which you get. Try some out if you can or pick one depending on hand size and what not. Also great build Jeremy but I would not put a freakin hard drive in that beautiful system. My gosh hard drives are so.... last decade. Stupid sound and no realibility. It can die at any time so why does he want his edits on the spinning drive that can stop spinning at any moment. Or maybe his dog runs into the computer head first while it is on and the drive gets shocked ya know. I would instead get a external SSD... so he can transfer his edits from the 2TB SSD his main drive into the external SSD for safe keep. I mean now a days a 4k project on Premiere that is 2 hours is not going to take up more then 200GB. He finishes that and moves it to the external SSD 4TB. Also I would not buy Windows for that price. Sponsored by Guru3d.com you can get CDKEYS they have deals like Office for 30 dollars and Windows 10 Pro for 13 dollars or so for legit key. Also for PSU SeaSonic is shady imo. You don't want your computer to die in a year or two or while rendering hehe. To each their own.oh wow I will look into this !! Thanks so much !
The HDD I choose is an Enterprise grade drive. The idea is you use the HDD for bulk storage and the SSD for projects. The Seasonic Focus GX is a very good and high quality PSU.Also now with the new Premiere latest version the GPU does both encoding and decoding so your export will be 400 percent faster as it will use the GPU 100 percent and CPU maybe 20 percent. But he needs storage for what hes using it for. Def more then the average gamer. Part of his work is storage. What will he get with 4 more cores? When will they kick in ? As I said with the latest version of Premiere the GPU does both the encoding and decoding using 100 percent and is 400 percent faster then CPU doing all the rendering. The CPU will work like 20 percent or so. He will never need it in Premiere what he needs is RAM and storage so where getting him that and the best bang for your buck CPU there is for such a low price and what not.I'd knock off some of the drives in the best answer and go with the 3950X
