What do you want to do with the video card? Is it for gaming or just general use?

No decent gaming cards for 3000RS, just save up till you have about 6000 then you can find a card to be happy with.

This system is also VERY dated so won't be great at gaming.

In terms of graphics card for 3000rs you could buy a gt 610 but it'd be pointless.

Nvidia Geforce GT 610 is Maximum you can buy in this budget.

I think you can get a used GT 630 from Amazon for around 50$. With such low budget and high exceptions I would recommend a used graphics card.
