Hi,
I bought a brand new GPU rtx 4070 ti super few days ago, although GPU is working fine normal temps, but today screen goes black once, but it has happened before GPU so i don't think it's a GPU, but as i monitor temps i notice drops in red bars, are they normal??

which power supply are you using?
original cables used?
any extensions or adapters used?
Hi,
I bought a new Corsair RM850e ATX3.0 with it and plugged the original power cable coming from PSU with 16 pin, and yes there is a extension used which first connects to wall, also i forgot to mention when i shutdown my PC display goes off, and for about a min fans and cpu,gpu all led keeps running then i hear a sound like tick after that PC shuts off.

how hot is your cpu getting?
motherboard BIOS is up to date?
nvidia.com drivers reinstalled freshly?
all power plugs connected to the motherboard and the psu side as well?
hi,
I don't know how to build a PC,so the shop from which i bought built it,because they do built systems, they said everything is ok,i just installed GPU myself and connected the cable which they left for me to connect with gpu, CPU temps are fine, GPU temps are fine, nvidia drivers are up to date, BIOS is not recent though, i don't think it's a good idea to manually update bios myself, also before buying a new gpu i did installed a wifi driver for my motherboard after which i experience black screens if i connect two antennae, but this do not happen with single although it can, other then that everything seems normal, no overheating even when stressing.

update BIOS or pay the shop to do the work (1minute)
if two antennas lead to a black screen, your Wi-Fi might not be installed correctly or the port or an antenna is faulty.

please take some pictures of all the connections inside and outside and upload to imgur.com or similar

Hi thank you,
I did open my pc yesterday and tighten all connections, after which for now it seems the shutdown problem has gone down from 15 sec to 5 sec at max, also i did uninstall latest update of GPUZ to check whether there is a problem with latest version, how ever upon installing previous version have'nt noticed any drops in volts so far both underload and fullload, and i will update BIOS, here's a screenshot of volts:
