Hi sir my computer USB mouse and keyboard not working why? I use USB card but not work plz help me

If the normal mouse laser light isn't on then you may have blown the usb 5v fuse. If the light is coming on then make sure that usb is enabled int he bios and that the drivers are loaded in the OS.
