My gpu fans are not working at all. The leds on it are on tho l. Any idea

I have a navida geforce gtx 970

If the pc is working, play a game and see if the 970's fans turn on, they normally dont turn on unless the GPU gets warm

They were turning on like 20 min before. The fans start to turn when the pc turns on

Their is no picture that goes on the screen the leds on the card are on but the fansecond don't spin

So you are not seeing anything on your display. Does your system even boot up? Do you hear the windows theme when it starts up?

What are your systems specs with make and model#'s of the various parts.
