With that out of the way, the PCPP link you've provided is solid built but I'd add a second SSD that's smaller in capacity for the OS, app's and launchers, assuming that this is a gaming build, then the larger SSD will be your game library drive or you can up the 1TB drive to 2TB.

but you can't get a GPU that's equivalent to the RX 7900 series unless you start cutting down on other avenues. You don't get much headroom either with the PSU you've listed, which I carried over as well.

Keep your eyes peeled for the release and reviews of these two gpu's: RTX 5060 Ti 16GB and the RX 9060 XT 16GB. These gpu's should be released within the next few weeks. Those cards support PCIe 5.0 as does this board down below.

The 7800x3D just went from $329 to $409 so not a great buy with a $1500 budget. btw you want DDR5-6000 CL30 seeing how games benefit from low latency RAM.
