hi all , i have a question i managed to go 4.6ghz , 1.32v on my i5 6600k
my temps while gaming are between 59 and 62C after 4 hours is that temperature safe ?

You are good.
The processor will monitor it's temperature and will slow down or shut off if it detects a dangerous temperature.
That point is around 100c..

You seem to have a nice overclock. I doubt you really need more.
FYI:
As of 12/04/2016
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.40v Vcore.
