Solution Colif Aug 9, 2017 run av & malware scans, that isn't normal. If you just used defender, try Bitdefender Free try a clean boot and see if it is gone - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows - if that works it means it created by 1 of your start up programs, slowly re add them to find cause
