Windows 11 is far from ready for general use and application.

Overall I would expect Windows 11 to "manage" the Taskbar in much the same manner as Windows 10 does.

However that cannot be taken for granted and it could well be some change or an issue within Windows 11.

And that issue, if fixed, may simply cause some other problem to appear.

All you can do is to try the suggested configuration setting(s) and determine if they work. Or experiment as however seems applicable.

In the meantime, someone else may have discovered a cause and/or fix.

Hopefully other comments and suggestions will be posted accordingly.
