Hi: what anti-virus are you Running?
Do you have kaspersky !!!!
You have not mentioned the name of virus or the problem you
are facing. If you know that the PC is infected with virus, then
you must be able to tell its name also. And once you know the
virus it is easy to find removal tools on net.
