i have an old desktop but its running smooth but recently i want to upgrade the graphic card

by the way this the spec sheet

----- now i need to upgrade my gpu

should i go for HD 7750 OR GTX 650
( I KNOW THIS SYSTEM NEED AN OVERHAUL BUT I WANT TO GIVE IT A NEW LIFE)

RECENTLY I BOUGHT A NEW COOLER ITS VERY CHEAP ABOUT 10 DOLLARS

AFTER I INSTALL this cooler i notice the cooler is slightly down.... i check the locks of it all is secured? is that ok?

A gtx650 or hd7750 will be great for this system.

Is the cooler mounted firmly on the CPU, covering the whole chip? What are the temps?

yes its all locked firmly.... the temperatures are core 0 37c core 1 39c -----> is that good also i try overclock it... a got 3.0ghz at the same temp ... but the load is 50 - 50 temp range ....THEN THE PC WILL ENCOUNTER BSOD......so i return it on base clock

Those temps look alright. I wouldn't worry about the cooler.

so what do you thing about the GPU?? and also ..if i overclocked it on 3.0ghz ...its gave ME JUST A BLUE SCREEN

I don't know much about overclocking that specific chip.

Either of those GPUs is a good choice.
