Hello,
I've been using the same pc for atleast 5-6 years. I don't have alot of money and I wish to be able to play apex legends, overwatch, csgo etc with more than 30-40 fps.

Benchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/14955813

My spec:
Asus P8H77-M LE LGT1155
Intel Core i7-2600
AMD R9 290
Corsair CX 750M
Kingston SSDNow V300 240GB
Kingston 99U5403-160.A00LF 1x8GB
I have two fans

My graphic cards overheat to 90-96, when i'm playing Apex legends/overwatch at lowest graphic/resolution. I can't use the other slot for ram it's broken.

Here's my question, Wich component should i change or switch to be able to play? I though of buying a new graphics card GTX 1070 or RTX 2060 or change everything else and keep the graphic cards.
I have 500$CAD wich is 380$USD. Thanks for helping me.

The R9 290/X is well documented as being a pc version of a space heater. Perfect gpu if you live in Siberia.

There really are no viable upgrades worth spending on. You need new, your old stuff is so far out of production. Currently on 9th generation Intel with 10th gen around the corner. That means new motherboard, new cpu, new ram because your old stuff will not work with new generations. The gpu, storage, case, psu are all fine, change those if you wish/can. I'd advise either a case with at least 2x exhaust and 2x intake fan capability or add case fans to your 2 existing fans, airflow is important for that gpu.

Something like this will keep you gaming for the next 6 years or so.

For a future gpu replacement, I'd be looking at a gtx1660ti. It's performance puts it right between a gtx1070 and rtx2060, yet is about the same price as a gtx1060 @ $400CAD

Thank you Karadjgne for answering. Do you know any good case for Micro ATX that come with 2x exhaust and 2x intake fan? Will it be enough to keep the gpu under 90? I'll go for the CPU,Motherboard and memory and buy the gpu later.

I did set it at 3200 but it doesn't go 3200. Even if i do it with the XMP like the motherboard don't want to go higher than 2660 MHz
