You should get a faster GPU , for the money that you have. This would be my choice.

SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 380 - $194.99

Your PSU has great quality , so you should be able to run this card.

Alright man thanks anything else that i shld take note of?

Made some changes to your build, staying in the budget, of what your system would be with additional budget added in.

hi can i know the difference in video card as compared to the one mentioned above by chump?

Alright then thanks alot!

both cards are at 2gb am i wrong? forgive me if i am, im still new to this.

Both ,cards have 4 GB's. The GPU core clock is only 5 MHz, higher on the Asus Strix version and this will bring little to no difference in fps.
Also I always like Sapphire the most on the AMD side. For me they are the top notch brand for AMD.

Why would you take a GTX 960 at that price , when the R9 380 has better performance in every game?

what about the few mentioned above ?

Do you mean the ASUS Strix 960? They all have similiar performance, I would just take the cheapest or the one with less noise (at least, to me very important).

The benchmarks between 2 GB and 4 GB shows, that there is no much difference in performance about 1080p gaming. In this benchmark, both cards are from Gigabyte and both perform almost the same

In this benchmark, on some games the EVGA 960 4 GB against the ASUS Strix 2 GB gets 2-6 fps more and sometimes not. But this can be also, because the cards are different not only in the memory.

There are ASUS Strix 2 GB version for around 200 dollar and the 4 GB versions costs 233 dollar. The EVGA 4 GB costs 210 dollar and 233 dollar (I don't know the differences).
