Hi,would the Asus A320M-K need a bios update for a Ryzen 5 2400g?

i was previously running the ryzen 3 2200g would it be ok with the ryzen 5 ? and if not how would i manually update it could i use my laptop somehow? any help always apreciated

No you don't need to update the BIOS for the R5 2400G. It requires the same BIOS version as the R3 2200G.

You won't need to reinstall the windows after replacing the CPU.
