Some people don't know what they are searching for, which is the reason they ask. So instead of a inexperienced computer user finding it, why not ask computer knowledgeable person such ourselves.

Other than the bouncies.....you may actually have a point. The VAST majority of questions on Tom's can be answered with a simple search via the search engine of choice. However, with forums such as Tom's there is usually a high degree of interaction amongst the members. Usually, that is a good thing.

On the other hand, if you want to see a forum at its worst, throw anything about Apple on the Tom's homepage and then watch the stupidity begin!
