Just a quick question because I was running into this "problem" quite a bit.
It doesn't really interfere with the gameplay but, I really want to know whats causing this.

You better skip to 2:19~2:22 because that's when I felt it while the benchmark was running.
This seems to happen in a lot of open world games I play.
Specs:
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor @ 4.0 GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM DDR4 @ 3000mhz
MB: X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming
Most of my games are installed on a Samsung 840 SSD (250GB)
