HID Compliant Mouse (t_mouse.sys) driver is causing PC to crash

I'm pretty sure the driver t_mouse.sys is causing my PC to crash because it's out of date. It's linked with my mouse, and if I take it out of the driver folder I get a BSOD and the only way to get back into my PC is to unplug the mouse, then load up the CMD in safe mode and put it back in the driver folder with commands. I don't think or know how to update it, because any search I find doesn't really link me anything. Any help?

iBall Advanced Mouse driver = t_mouse

not sure where to find drivers, can find reference to win 7

Their site isn't overly helpful: http://www.iball.co.in/Downloads

see if this helps:
right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

Sfc cleans and fixes system files, it might fix this for you

Windows shouldn't use those drivers unless you have that mouse. it should use default ones it has already.

When I unplug the mouse, Serviwin still says that the driver t_mouse.sys is still active, so I don't know that a new mouse would help. Under device manager, when I go to the HID Compliant mouse drivers t_mouse.sys isn't there, but somehow it has some link to the mouse.

I'll give the mouse a go, but it might be a while before I get back to you if it worked or not because the crashes seem to happen after the PC has been off for a while.
