Hid pictures, can't find them anymore

As the title says I hid some pictures along time ago somewhere but I don't remember the path. Is there a program or way I can view all images on the system like OSX?

What version of Windows? On W7, you can open My Computer and type in "jpg" (without the quotes) into the search box on the top right of the window and it should bring up all the jpg pictures on your system.

Obviously only works if your picture is a jpg. Just change it to "gif" or whatever extension your photo is in if you still can't find it.
