Question Hidden code?

I've got a column of times in Google sheets which are totaled at the bottom. The code at the bottom is =Sum(F5:F41). The total is obviously wrong. If I truncate the values to F5:F16, it's correct. As soon as I go to F17, the total drops to a wrong amount.

All the rows, columns, and cells look correct, so the only thing I can think of is some embedded code within a cell that I can't see.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

No change. Same wrong number at bottom of column.

wrong by hours. Shows 8:30 total when it should be 62:15.

Created a work around:

Since I'm looking for total time spent, instead of getting hours and minutes, I put this in another column and got time in decimal.
=HOUR(F5)+MINUTE(F5)/60
Got what I need.
