Hidden "core User folders" keep coming back

Through consistent Windows updates, some of my unwanted core user folders reappear, even after I've hidden them. I don't use these folders. These are the folders in question:

Contacts
Downloads
Favorites
Links
Saved Games
Searches

The thing is, these folders don't hide instantaneously like any other folder would. (Why is that?)

Aside form manually hiding these folders every time they come back, is there a way I can do this more efficiently and automatically? Just an annoyance.

Those folders are system generated, if you don't use them simply ignore them. There's nothing you can do about it without affecting Windows operation in some manner (almost always negatively)

Just because you don't use those folders does not mean that Windows does not need them there.

What you are doing is like opening up a car and removing parts from the engine that don't seem to be doing anything that you can tell.

Those folders are never seen unless you manually go to your user directory, and there is no need to do that during normal computer use. If there is a bee hive on a tree it's fine to be there unless you decide to take a stick and go hit it, it's only after you do that there may be some issues

Thank you for the replies. To clarify, I'm aware that these folders cannot be deleted, but they can be hidden. I like to keep a clean user folder, and so I hide these normally. This necessity (and OCD trait, I'm afraid) seems to do fine for me.
