Question Hiding boot manager

I have dualboot setup on pc that's not mine. I don't want that they will know. Is it possible to hide boot manager unless I press some key/keys?

Like.. Is there some more advanced boot manager that I can configure like that? Or can I add OS's to BIOS boot menu?
