After some recent updates to Windows 10 I am noticing that after about a day of running the PC, the background 'in-use' RAM accumulates to take up about 64% of 16GB available. Using RAMExplorer and Resource Monitor doesn't yield much of an answer as to where all the RAM has gone and why it's not being released, even though barely anything is running.
Can't seem to find the background processes and services that use so much of it even with proc-explorer.
This didnt use to happen earlier (hovered around 35%ish usage when idle). Anyone else experiencing this as of late?
