[SOLVED] High CPU Core temps but low temps on DIE

So i don't know why but my cpu core temps at idle are hitting over 50 but DIE or IHS are cold and heatpipes of my cooler are cold too and no, this is not about bad heat trasfer, i added new thermal paste from noctua and still hwinfo and ryzen master report that cpu core is around 55 to even 60 at idle (no oveclock)
CPU: Ryzen 3 3100
Mobo: Gigabyte B450m S2H rev 1.0

If you're only getting one value for the CPU core temperature, it's going to be whatever the hottest core is. And it's likely that core is boosting to handle house keeping tasks. Die temp is the average temperature so it'll always be lower unless you're running an all-core workload.
