High Cpu/Disk Usage when gaming

High Cpu/Disk usage when playing games, specially Fortnite, straight to the point. Cpu usage usually between 60-70% and spiking to 100%, same happens with disk, it spikes from 5-10% to 100%. Usually both spike to 100% at the same time.

Specs:
i5-8600
Galax GTX 1060 6GB OC
Gigabyte Aorus B360m
1*8GB DDR4 2666 MHz
Corsair VS600 W
Seagate Barracuda 7.2K 1TB HDD

I really don't mind if upgrades are needed, any solution is welcome.

OBS: Things I already did -> Set games to High Priority; Clean Windows Install; Deleted Old Drivers and downloaded the most recent ones; Closed all background applications; checked temperatures, everything is ok with that; set power plan to high perfomance

then a tiny ssd with another ram stick identical to the one you currently use will dramatically improve your fortnite experience :)
