Will I get better performance for a given CPU voltage by:

A: maximizing CPU Ratio and leaving CPU Cache Ratio low, OR

B: lowering CPU Ratio and increasing CPU Cache Ratio to match CPU Ratio?

Sorry. I have an i7 4770K with 16GB of 1600XMP memory on an ASUS Z87-A cooled by a CoolMaster Hyper 212 EVO.

I'm running 43 CPU Ratio at 1.32 volts with the CPU Cache Ratio on auto (I assume it's very low.) The hottest I've seen is 74C.
