High CPU temp i7 4790K

Hello dear people.
I have an i7 4790K, my cpu temp is at 50 celsius but my cores at 80-87 celsius, is this really bad? I added a picture to this thread.

Found out, I accidentaly OC'ed my cpu from 4ghz to 4,5ghz with stock cooler.. hint: bad idea
