So i ran intelburner and after 2 runs (dident dear to run it anymore) my cpu was abour 90C. When im playing dota it's between 70-75C
My CPU is a i7 960, i don't think it's overclockt, stock cooler
What can i do to decries the temps (i have increaset the airflow in the pc)
Do i have to get a new cooler or can i just change the thermal paste
If more info is needed just ask :)

Solution
First thing that should be done is clean out the case and CPU cooler fins with some compressed air. Then recheck the temps. IF temps are still the same then make sure the CPU fan is spinning up to full speed. (I am not sure what the stock fan speed should be on Intel but googling it will yield the answer) IF the fan blades are clean and the fan is spinning up to full speed then look into replacing the thermal paste.

If you recently made changes to the hardware of the system like adding a dedicated GPU this could also be the cause so ensure there is enough cool air being sucked into the system to displace the hot air generated by all the components

These temps are after i cleaned it (100C before on the first run of stress test), i will look into getting new thermal paste, will artic silver 5 do? ( i think that's the name of the paste)

That's actually the general go to and a good choice.
