High cpu temp

Hi guys, so recently I've been having very high cpu temperature like 90. I did check the heatsink, remove it and put it back on but it still happening. Also I've been having high task manager performance like 80 percent even if only browser and spotify open. What can I do ? Thank you

Did you reapply thermal paste? Could just be the heatsink stopped working, how long have you had it?
