Question high cpu temperature

just like the title, my pc gets throttle easily just by using chrome for 30' , i've got this problem for 1 moth, but yesterday it was fine and i could play games without throttle
my spec: nvidia geforce 210 2.5GHz
pentium dual core
4gb ram

Open up the PC, check for dust. Dust can make a PC thermal throttle a lot.

have already did it, sometimes my pc starts at about 50 celcius degree and it wont get throttle but sometimes it starts at about 60 celcius degree and guarantee throttle after 30min of using

Thermal paste can sometimes dry up and become less effective. My next move would be to replace it.

Which heatsink do you have, does it have the Intel name onto it?

I can guess one of clips isnt fully seated, usually hearable by that magic "Click".

idk if this is the way to solve this problem or it's just coincidence but recently i just opened up bios menu when i started my pc, went to "check pc health status" and wait until fan speed reached 1000rpm, is it just coincidence that my pc suddenly dont get high thermal anymore
