I wouldn't worry about the BIOS temperature just yet, the 3rd gen Ryzen can run quite hot, and CPU temps are often higher in the BIOS than in Windows as there are no power saving features acting upon it at that point. Realistically the only way you can properly tell if there is a big problem is by working in Windows and checking load temperatures.
To be safe you can always ensure that thermal paste has been properly applied and the CPU cooler is adequately seated.
