Today i builted a new pc.and im getting high temps under load between 85 -89 deg with i5 11400f on turbo should i change settings in the bios maybe limit the voltage?
system spec:
650W corsair
8x2 ddr4 3200
b560 tuf gaiming motherboard
i5 11400 f + a30 antec cooler
5700 xt

Solution
it's very possible that that CPU cooler just isn't up to par.
it is a very low quality tower cooler.
if you can return it and get something better, i would.

you can also try reinstalling it with a better thermal paste application
and to be sure everything is tightened correctly.
should i change settings in the bios maybe limit the voltage?
have you already altered BIOS settings to raise voltage?
at default settings they should not be high enough to cause issue.

not really ,it is set to turbo so the clock speed is at 4.2 and the only change i made is to overclock my ram from 2666 to 3200 you think it can be the reason?

Not to worry. ... much...
89c. is a bit high, but not dangerous.
The processor monitors it's own temperature and will slow down or shut off if necessary to progect itself if it detects a dangerous temperature.
That is around 100c.

Two things to check.

1. Is the cooler mounted properly?
It needs to be installed securely and level.
I might add that the 92mm A30 cooler is no more effective than the stock intel cooler.

2. What is the make/model of your case and fan arrangement? How is your case cooling?
With a hot graphics card, you need good front intake airflow to give the cpu cooler enough fresh air to let it do it's job.

yes becasue of the 5700xt i installed 3 fan on the front and one on the top of the case.the case is NX220 i might try to use another thermal paste because i used the one that came with the a30 cooler.if that doesnt work what fan cooler do you suggest buying instead?

Maybe your thermal paste application is wrong or your cooler isnt mounted properly.

Usually you shouldnt worry about it too much as 89 degrees for your CPU isnt dangerous, and it can be used as long term. Only thing u should worry about is if your performance isnt as fast as its supposed to be.

Paste is a minor issue, most paste will work.
Your case allows for a cpu cooler up to 150mm.
Unfortunately, the best coolers will be in the 160mm range.
I like the noctua coolers for quality and ease of mounting.
I think the only one that qualifies will be the NH-U95s:

There are some out there with 120mm fans.
The best, I think would be the Cryorig h7:

cpu coolers will come with decent paste.
