High cpu temps

I recently did my first gaming pc build, with a 860k overclocked to 4.0ghz, sapphire dual x r9 270, 8gb ram, and a deepcool gammaxx 300 cpu cooler. While playing games like CS:GO, i get awesome frame rates, but speedfan says my cpu gets as hot as 64 degrees Celsius. Is this normal or okay? Also, speedfan says my cpu idles at 37 degrees cesius.

Those temps dont sound bad for that overclock, but use AMD overdrive to check your temps.
