High CPU temps

I just got a 4790k Saturday,I have a h100i, since then my temps have been good..till last night.. My idle temp is all over the place and I'm maxing out at 76c.. I've tried a different cooler (CM hyper 212x) and still the same temps. I disabled turbo core and integrated graphics witch kinda helped, but still getting high temps.

Also before the High temps I was able to play BF1 maybe hit 66c

I was going to do that when I got my EK Fluid Gaming kit in a couple of months.
