High CPU Usage and Constant Reading/Writting

Hello, my computer started going crazy after I installed a new GPU driver, and did a defrag. But I believe it has something to do with the defrag. Now on resource monitor it keeps showing random reading/writting.

Hardware Specs:
Window Vista (32bit)
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 (2.20 GHz)
AMD Radeon HD 6570

Have you dont a virus scan? Id suggest malwarebytes anti-malware run from safe mode.

Yes I already did a virus scan (Full virus scan) with Malwarebytes in safe mode. But nothing was found.

You might want to try VirusFighter (google it, free 30 day trial), I had a problem about 6 months ago, tried malwarebytes
in safe mode and Avast. Neither found anything, VirusFighter found it and fixed my issue.

Worth a try.

Also you might wanna try disabling as many start up items as you can via RUN > msconfig > Start Up (make sure you check "Hide All Microsoft Services"
