Question High CPU usage and low CPU frequency on CoD Warzone.

I'm having a bad time running on COD warzone the FPS is around 40-50 frames.
So i open up MSI Afterburn and HWinfo to see what's going on.
What I've found is the,

CPU usage at 100% ,temperature around 50-60
GPU usage around 10-20 % also
I've noticed that CPU running on low frequency 0.79 Ghz all core on task manager

My spec is

I7-10700
RX 5700XT
Ram 16 gb 3200

is anyone know how to fix this problem?
something wrong with my hardware or software?
Any help, i'd be appreciated.

I have tried some other game too. Everything seems to be find.
I'm using RX 5700 XT's driver version 20.4.2

Not the latest bios. I read the community they said, latest bios is causing a lot of trouble.
So i won't go there yet.

I installed latest chipset driver.

Guess i have to wait.

Hi , im from MX, i was with the same problem, my specs i7 9700k, 16 gb ram, rtx 2070 súper, monitor 1ms 144hz, and my cpu was all the time using 100% and gpu was 60-80% with 144fps , i was reading and a lot of players was having the same thing, so my solution was create a new energy plan, or use balanced (whatever u want), then click in “change plan settings “, then “proccesor power management”, and in my case i put minimun in 20%, and max use 85%, then apply and save... now my cpu usage is beetwen 60-70% and gpu 70%-80% with 144fps when im playing, and 20%-30%on menu... im still using all the graphics specs on high with shadows, vertical sync, raytracing... and my cpu isnt working on 100% again... this works for me after testing a lots of solutions. I did all of that. Still having the same problems.
I guess, i'll have to wait for the next update. Let's hope, their read my issue that i sent.

As a test can you run userbenchmark and share the public link to the results. I find it hard to believe this issue is isolated to one game as the game has no control over what frequency the cpu runs at.

Hi, are you able to set a manual clock multiplier in bios, for example 36 x 100mhz to lock the clock speed at 3.6ghz and test the game. is 0.79 ghz the effective clock speed rather than the core clock?
