[SOLVED] High CPU usage and stuttering in games after RAM upgrade

I recently upgraded my RAM from 8 GB to 32 GB and have gotten abysmal performance
CS:GO which usually runs at 90 to 130 FPS can't even hold 30 fps
I have also noticed a jump in background CPU usage, it sometimes goes up to 50%,
Does anyone have a solution to this issue and have anyone experienced something like this

Specs:
1050 ti (Mobile)
i7 7700HQ
32 GB CRUCIAL RAM
Micron 240 GB SSD (OS Drive)
Kingston 450 GB SSD (Secondary Drive)

Exactly the same speed, even checked the website off the manufacturer and it said it was compatible

Edit i did some clean up, removed 20 GB off crap and it drastically improved performance. Haven't tested in-game tho

check virtual memory. if you didn't set a size, it might be using more ssd space.

Just checked my performance after starting a game the performance is great and there is no issue with FPS anymore
